Since Nico has left Linaro we somewhat stopped caring about (some of)
the failing jobs. Replace Nicolas's email with mine to let somebody from
LT to receive these notifications.

The CLO CI [1] is about to replace all official CI pipelines [2],
however this patch only disables OE jobs from [2].
It is worth poiting out that artifacts will be uploaded to the same
place [3] what would change is there the CI is done: CLO instead of
Jenkins.

There appears to be a problem with the MultiConfig plugin
where it doesn't recognize "built-in" as label. This is
causing a large number of jobs to block while waiting for
an executor to become available, so let's revert the node
requirement back to 'master' while we look for a long
term solution.

This change updates all configs that are intended to
run on the former 'master' node to use the 'built-in'
label exclusively as per the new Jenkins naming conventions.

Starting in 2.307.* of Jenkins, the naming scheme for nodes
is migrating to 'built-in' to replace master. This change
makes a mass commit to add the 'built-in' as a potential
label for jobs that are currently tied to the 'master' node.

to CLO git repositories, thus I need to validate their
results.

it in this case.

For debug purpose, it might be useful to skip the shared/persistent
storage set up on our builders. So let's make sure a parent job can do
it if needed.
