tcwg/default.yaml.inc (default-properties): Keep all builds for 30 days
... and don't limit to 30 total builds. This makes any difference
for a few jobs that we run more than daily -- tcwg_gnu
precommit-friendly configurations. For everything else this is
a no-op. At the same time it's not a big problem to store 4x more
artifacts for several high-value jobs.
