openembedded-lkft: update LAVA job priority for stable-rc-4.20 and 5.0
Most of the time stable rc builds starts at same time. Which causing long queue
on LKFT LAVA instance and long waiting for results. Running each branch with
different priorities will get results fast for one branch at a time.
LAVA job priority changes are,
72: stable-rc-4.20
71: stable-rc-5.0
Priorities 73 and 74 are reserved for future LTS branches.
