android: hikey{960}: reduce triggers
This will greatly reduce wait time and increase performance in Jenkins
CI by reducing the number of builds triggered, as the aosp builder
(server) is getting clogged up by the amount of builds it has to do
currently.
LCR hikey* derived builds (auto, car)
Remove all OP-TEE triggers since these are tested in the main builds.
LCR hikey* main builds (p, master)
Remove all OP-TEE triggers since these are tested in the OP-TEE builds,
except for 'hikey-hikey960-optee-common' and 'optee.xml'
since these use a different branch base than the OP-TEE ones.
hikey* OP-TEE builds
Remove all LCR triggers since these are tested in the LCR builds.
