We have been using http://snapshots.linaro.org/96boards/qrb5165-rb5/ as the location for all images previously, so fix bootloader job to also point to that URL (instead of just .../rb5/). 2021-03-31lt-qcom-bootloader-rb5: initial support for RB5Dmitry Baryshkov
