Most of th following jobs haven't run successfully since 2017,
so they are most likely not needed anymore. Also add all the java jobs,
since nobody takes responsibility of them anymore.
Disable for now, delete in a year.

Upstream recently enabled https, we should therefore use it.
It is only used in places where the source code is pulled down.

Definition of SCM repositories has been amended to align
with current practices (besides, current definition just
didn't work.)
Job has been enabled so that other Jenkins jobs can be
successfully built upon this. No projects will be
triggered and no emails will be sent, as OpenJDK 7 has been
end-of-line'd some time ago.
