lt-qcom-openembedded-rpb-morty: QA report env should include $DISTRO
We build for several DISTRO, and so, we submit tests for each DISTRO that we
build. So effectively our 'QA env' should be different for each combination of
$MACHINE-$DISTRO, so that we can filter results properly.
