Calxeda DDR memory controller

Properties:
- compatible : Should be "calxeda,hb-ddr-ctrl"
- reg : Address and size for DDR controller registers.
- interrupts : Interrupt for DDR controller.

Example:

	memory-controller@fff00000 {
