jessie-arm64-ros: add ros-simulators package
gazebo dependency fixed, we can enable ros-simulators package.
drop ros-desktop-full-depends from the list as it is ~1.3G of additional
space used. Maybe we should have a desktop variant (alip +
ros-desktop-full-depends).
