zephyr-upstream: Don't archive sanitycheck.csv on Jenkins side.
Instead, we publish it together with the rest of artifact to the Linaro
publishing server (snapshots.linaro.org), so all artifacts go together.
Archiving on Jenkins side was introduced in:
