lt-qcom: linux-automerge: adjust jobs and scripts to point to git.codelinaro.org repos
The current upstream qualcomm git repositories located at
git.linaro.org [1] site will no longer be active and [2] will be used
instead, so adjust all repository references to point to the latter.
Also, it was decided that the publish destination will still be
snapshots.linaro.org thus remove any jfrog reference including the
deprecated variable CLO_MIGRATION.
