tcwg-buildfarm: Add displaytag parameter.
The goal is to make it easier to understand what a buildfarm
run is related to in the Jenkins dashboard.
tcwg-backport-multijob, tcwg-backport,
tcwg-bkk16-trigger-extended, tcwg-buildfarm-cmp,
tcwg-buildfarm-startcontainer, tcwg-regression-detection,
tcwg-trigger-gcc-linaro-5, tcwg-trigger-gcc-linaro-6,
tcwg-trigger-gcc-trunk-ubsan, tcwg-upstream-monitoring:
Set the new parameter.
