ci-dockerfiles-monthly: remove old trigger files
An old version of the CI job generated invalid job
templates, causing ci-dockerfile-build get stuck. This
was fixed, but the old, broken trigger templates remained
in the workspace. To avoid old image triggers being
submitted, delete them in the beginning of the job.
