lt-qcom-bootloader-dragonboard410c: remove bootloader-android package
The bootloader-android package is used with the Qualcomm vendor Android builds, which is not being updated. There is no need to build new bootloader packages anymore. Change-Id: Ic119eb1df847c44146222eb5a3417205678a3a9f Signed-off-by: Nicolas Dechesne <nicolas.dechesne@linaro.org>
