rpb-debian-installer-staging: get rid of preseed requirement
Move the custom sources.list changes and installation of our
kernel into the linaro-di-* packages. Jack up jessie-backports
priority so that we can install our packages from repo.linaro.org
that backport dependencies.

The catch is we get now more packages pulled automatically from
jessie-backports.
A minimal preseed is left to automatically skip some
uninteresting messages, but no longer contains anything mandatory.
