gator: Replace use of strict_strtoull
strict_strtoull was #defined to kstrtoull but this was removed in
Linux 3.18 by commit 3db2e9cdc085144e243495137273e2318c53a82f
(include/linux: remove strict_strto* definitions)
So replace the use of the define directly with kstrtoull.
