chardev: replace qemu_set_nonblock()
Those calls are either for non-socket fd, or are POSIX-specific. Use the
dedicated GLib API. (qemu_set_nonblock() is for socket-like)
(this is a preliminary patch before renaming qemu_set_nonblock())
