bugzilla-audit-assigned: add audit script for bugzilla Add in a script that allows us to verify if the default assigned or default qa for all products/components in a bugzilla install are current Linaro employees. This is being added to linaro-git-tools as it requires linaro_ldap to check if the user is valid. Change-Id: I32cfd4208a7da0e6c2da6ab5fa91da165c335e17
