ENGR00170520: MX6-Enable WAIT mode by default. WAIT mode is enabled by default with this commit. Adding "enable_wait_mode=off" to the command line will prevent the system from entering WAIT mode. Signed-off-by: Ranjani Vaidyanathan <ra5478@freescale.com>
