ENGR00161315 IPUv3 fix VDIC split line between up/down stripe In IPU split mode, if deinterlace is enable, there are obvious line between up and down stripe, it is cause by VDIC module. Fix it. Signed-off-by: Sandor YU <r01008@freescale.com>
