2019-02-04tests/docker/test-mingw and docs: Remove --with-sdlabi=2.0Thomas Huth
Patchew currently reports failures with the mingw docker test - this is due to --with-sdlabi=2.0 configure flag which does not exist anymore. Many source files have doubled words (eg "the the", "to to", and so on). Most of these can simply be removed, but a couple were actual mis-spellings (eg "to to" instead of "to do").
