tcg: Add gvec expanders for vector shift by scalar
Allow expansion either via shift by scalar or by replicating the scalar for shift by vector. Signed-off-by: Richard Henderson <richard.henderson@linaro.org> --- v3: Use a private structure for do_gvec_shifts.
