fpu/softfloat: Pass FloatClass to pickNaNMulAdd
For each operand, pass a single enumeration instead of a pair of booleans. The commit also merges multiple different ifdef-selected implementations of pickNaNMulAdd into a single function whose body is ifdef-selected.
