2017-11-04tty: vcc: Convert timers to use timer_setup()Kees Cook
In preparation for unconditionally passing the struct timer_list pointer to all timer callbacks, switch to using the new timer_setup() and from_timer() to pass the timer pointer explicitly. When a device/port matching the VCC driver is added, the probe function is invoked along with a reference to the device. remove function is called when the device is removed.
