We are missing some pieces (proper OPP definition, ABB and AVS tunings) for guaranteeing a reliable 1.5GHz support for capable devices. So do not enable this OPP, even if silicon claims it can support it, but fallback to regular 1.2GHz OPPNT. Signed-off-by: Sebastien Jan <s-jan@ti.com>
