input: touchscreen: stm: Remove input_event calls for MSC_TIMESTAMPandroid-q-preview-6_r0.4android-10.0.0_r0.3
Context: With the potential new API change to timestamp, it isn't necessary anymore to use the input_event call for MSC_TIMESTAMP.
