Revert "fixup: ATAG MEM fixup loader for Qualcomm devices"ubuntu-qcom-snapdragon-15.03
This reverts commit 2aa026258e78e8225a29822137f048d65b048626.
This hack is no longer needed since commit:
mm: Don't offset memmap for flatmem
