linux-dpdk: crypto: process crypto operations in bursts
Reorganize the code to enable burst processing in the underlying crypto
device when the user requests crypto processing for multiple packets at
a time.
With the crypto_aesni_mb device this can provide significant speedup
since with some algorithms the device can parallelize processing over
multiple packets using vector instructions but cannot do it within
single packet.
