2014-05-23arm64: add early_ioremap supportMark Salter
Add support for early IO or memory mappings which are needed before the normal ioremap() is usable. This also adds fixmap support for permanent fixed mappings such as that used by the earlyprintk device register region. 2012-09-17arm64: Device specific operationsCatalin Marinas
This patch adds several definitions for device communication, including I/O accessors and ioremap(). The __raw_* accessors are implemented as inline asm to avoid compiler generation of post-indexed accesses (less efficient to emulate in a virtualised environment).
