The omixp board code unconditionally defines a gpio-led
device, but for some reason includes the header file
for this only if CONFIG_LEDS_CLASS is enabled, causing
a build error otherwise.
Removing the #ifdef fixes the build error with no downsides
whatsoever.

With the new linux/reboot.h header file dependency added, we can no
longer build ixp4xx. The easiest way to avoid that is to remove the
inclusion of mach/hardware.h from mach/timex.h, which does not need
that header anyway.

Now that the only field in struct sys_timer is .init, delete the struct,
and replace the machine descriptor .timer field with the initialization
function itself.
This will enable moving timer drivers into drivers/clocksource without
having to place a public prototype of each struct sys_timer object into
include/linux; the intent is to create a single of_clocksource_init()
function that determines which timer driver to initialize by scanning
the device dtree, much like the proposed irqchip_init() at:

The exynos4 updates conflict with code from the arm devel-stable branch
and new boards need to set atag_offset in place of boot_param.
