While <mach/timex.h> isn't used for multi-platform builds since long it
still is for "normal" builds. As the previous patches fix all sites to
not make use of this per-platform file, it can go now for good also for
platforms that are not (yet) converted to multi-platform.
While at it there are no users of CLOCK_TICK_RATE any more, so also drop
the dummy #define.

We have a clocksource which renders CLOCK_TICK_RATE useless. Define
it to a bogus value to get rid of some ifdeffery.
use local LATCH for at91rm9200 timer
but keep it for A91X40 as we do not use a clocksource

Add support for Calao USB-A9G20 boards. It will be integrated in
existing support for board of same form factor using at91sam9260 or
at91sam9263.

Add support for the Atmel AT572D940HF processor (DIOPSIS range).
This processor integrates an ARM926 core, a DSP and the SoC
peripherals usually found on an AT91 processor (USART, SSC, SPI, TWI,
CAN, etc)

faster clock speed: 266/133MHz.

AT91sam9g45 series is an ARM 926ej-s SOC family clocked at 400/133MHz.
It embedds USB high speed host and device, LCD, DDR2 RAM, and a full set of
peripherals.
Here is the basic header file support for this product series.
