ALSA: hda - Fix MacBookPro 3,1/4,1 quirk with ALC889A
This patch fixes the wrong headphone output routing for MacBookPro 3,1/4,1 quirk with ALC889A codec, which caused the silent headphone output. Also, this gives the individual Headphone and Speaker volume controls.
