[ARM] Orion: initialize UART1 on Kurobox Pro/Linkstation Pro
Kurobox Pro/Linkstation Pro devices use a microcontroller connected to UART1. As most of the communication with this microcontroller is done from userland (power button detection, fan speed ...), the setup file has to make UART1 available from userland.
