2010-01-22arm/{pxa,sa1100,nomadik}: Don't disable irqs in set_next_event and set_modeUwe Kleine-König

Impact: change calling convention of existing clock_event APIs struct clock_event_timer's cpumask field gets changed to take pointer, as does the ->broadcast function. Another single-patch change. Move the xtime write mode seqlock into timer_tick(), so it only surrounds the call to do_timer(). This avoids a deadlock in update_process_times() ... hrtimer_get_softirq_time() which tries to get a read mode seqlock on xtime, thereby preventing booting. The RTC library code contains everything necessary to set the system time from the RTC; for similar reasons as the previous commit, it's far better to let the RTC library code sort this out rather than implement something which might not be appropriate for everyone. Don't reset OSCR to zero as this prevents us from having a contiguous time source. The value returned by sched_clock() is reset to zero in the middle of the boot process otherwise, making CONFIG_PRINTK_TIME rather messed up. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it.
