Subject: [S390] Enable kmemleak on s390.

Also increase the maximum possible kmemleak early log entries since
2000 are not sufficient on s390.

Subject: headers: remove sched.h from interrupt.h

After m68k's task_thread_info() doesn't refer to current,
it's possible to remove sched.h from interrupt.h and not break m68k!

Subject: powerpc: Minor cleanup to lib/Kconfig.debug

We don't need an explicit PPC64 in the DEBUG_PREEMPT dependancies as all
PPC platforms now support TRACE_IRQFLAGS_SUPPORT.
