arm64: imx8mmevk_mbl_defconfig: Enable I2C for USB extconmbl_v4.14.95+imx8mm-5linux-linaro-lsk-v4.14.95+mbl+imx8mm
The USB extcon interface lives on the I2C bus. Thus to get USB working we
need to switch on I2C.
