2013-12-04	edac, highbank: Fix interrupt setup of mem and l2 controller	Robert Richter
	commit a72b8859fd3941cc1d2940d5c43026d2c6fb959e upstream. Register and enable interrupts after the edac registration. Otherwise incomming ecc error interrupts lead to crashes during device setup. Fixing this in drivers for mc and l2. 2013-01-03	Drivers: edac: remove __dev* attributes.	Greg Kroah-Hartman
	CONFIG_HOTPLUG is going away as an option. As a result, the __dev* markings need to be removed. This change removes the use of __devinit, __devexit_p, and __devexit from these drivers. Based on patches originally written by Bill Pemberton, but redone by me in order to handle some of the coding style issues better, by hand.
