Staging: bcm: Remove typedef for _S_BCM_DEBUG_STATE and call directly.
This patch removes typedef for _S_BCM_DEBUG_STATE, and changes the name of the struct to bcm_debug_state. In addition, any calls to struct "S_BCM_DEBUG_STATE" are changed to call directly.
