A new release of the skales tools has been published and it now relies libfdt.so
file to manipulate the DTB, see:

Upgrade to latest linaro-image-tools release, which includes:
- linaro-hwpack-install fix
- resolv.conf symlink fix
Get rid of the resolv.conf hack.
Note: we still have to install l-i-t at build time until docker build
slaves are updated.

all lt-qcom-debian jobs are similar, so let's add more parameters to the job, so
that we reduce the difference in the jobs content/scripts. That will make them
simpler to maintain over time. Also potentially we could share the scripts..
* add EXT4FS_IMG_SZ
* add ARCH parameter to avoid hardcoding armhf vs arm64
* add VENDOR to avoid hardcoding linaro vs arrow
There is no functional change in this commit.

* use the public firmware package instead of the private copy we had kept
internally
* use md5 checksum to make sure that firmware files on QDN is not updated
silently (yes, it happened already..)
* add new WLAN firmware required for FCC certifications (temporary until we get
a new public firmware package)

This is a custom image to be used by Arrow when shipping Linux with IoT cloud
applications such as AWS IoT SDK. The images are based on lt-qcom-debian.
Also hook into the relevant triggers.
