Builds get triggered once IncludeAllTests has been commented, but they also get triggered after a merge. If the patch is merged upstream, gerrit rebases the patch automatically and marks it as merged and at that point builds get triggered which should not happen. These jobs use port forwarding so that adb client on Jenkins slave can communicate with adb server that is present on the remote machine. Future work TBD: Currently we are not building adb and pushing it to remote machine. Without this, we can run into a of adb version and server may get killed.
