Builds are now failing with:
fatal: unable to access 'https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux.git/': gnutls_handshake() failed: Handshake failed
As workaround move to plain http pulls. According to
tests this only happens on git.kernel.org.

Pipeline lava needs a bridged network for testing
kvm guests. Add a temporary defconfig until
https://patchwork.kernel.org/patch/9138097/ is merged.
With the workaround in place, I'm not blocked replacing
linux-kvm job with kernelci based kernels.
typos from last merge request fixed and shell snippet

When building the kernel in Thumb2 mode, the range of a relative jump or
call instruction is only +/- 16 MB, which may be insufficient for a module
loaded at the base of the module region to reach the entire kernel.
Since multi_v7_defconfig produces a fairly big image, actual examples can
be found on kernelci.org (e.g., socfpga) where modules fail to load due to
this issue when booting the multi_v7_defconfig/Thumb2 builds.
Since the code to deal with this is already in place
(CONFIG_ARM_MODULE_PLTS), enable it for this particular configuration.

The EFI support in the 32-bit ARM kernel is now upstream (v4.5), and will
share more generic EFI code with x86 and arm64 with every upcoming release.
Since changes to this generic code may now start to cause regressions on
ARM, make multi_v7_defconfig+EFI a default build target for all trees that
we build for 32-bit ARM.

There is currently zero testing coverage for the ACPI support in the
upstream arm64 kernel. So as a first step, add this configuration to
the list of configurations that gets built for each tree that we build
the arm64 kernel from.
Note that CONFIG_ACPI currently depends on CONFIG_EXPERT, and defaults
to 'y' if the latter is set, so the CONFIG_ACPI=y is technically redundant.
However, it does make the description self-documenting, and it will keep
working once we remove this dependency.
