This change removes all jobs that have set to be disabled
and marked to be deleted with a 'DELETE ME' displayname.

These jobs have not ran in quite sometime plus they use copy-to-slave
plugin which we need to drop.
For the most part all these projects are pretty old, apart from LDCG
which need to be confirm before pushing commit through.

We have used linaro@linaro.org for ages now to ACL many jobs in
Jenkins. But due to changes we can no longer use this. This changeset
uses a new flat ldap group. STG-3714

Most of th following jobs haven't run successfully since 2017,
so they are most likely not needed anymore. Also add all the java jobs,
since nobody takes responsibility of them anymore.
Disable for now, delete in a year.
