rpb-openembedded: Time out after 3 hours
Veeeeeery occasionally, some build infrastructure can go awry
making these builds run forever and a day. It's not the first
time this happens in the past few weeks, and when it does on
the weekends it's bit worse as it may take a few days before
someone notices.
