LKFT: Change job priorities to be more granular
As of lava 2018.04, lava supports job priority 0-100, where 0 is 'low',
50 is 'medium', and 100 is 'high'. Change LKFT jobs that are 'low' to
25, and jobs that are 'high' to 75. This allows more flexibility in
scheduling.
The staging jobs were exporting LAVA_JOB_PRIORITY twice.
