LKFT: Kselftest: Use skipfile-lkft.yaml
As in LTP, pass board (DEVICE_TYPE), branch (KERNEL_VERSION), and
environment names to kselftest, and skipgen will generate a skiplist
from skipfile-lkft.yaml.
Eliminate the variable 'KSELFTESTS_SKIPLIST', now that the 'staging'
skiplist is also defined in skipfile-lkft.yaml.
