2012-10-22common: Discard the __u_boot_cmd sectionMarek Vasut
The command declaration now uses the new LG-array method to generate list of commands. Thus the __u_boot_cmd section is now superseded and redundant and therefore can be removed. Also, remove externed symbols associated with this section from include/command.h . This changes input_data() and friends from static function to global symbols under weak alias, to enable board specific overrides (and therefore get rid of board-specific code in cmd_ide.c) Also declare ide_bus_offset in the header file, so other files can use ATA_CURR_BASE as well. Implement support for CONFIG_SERIAL_MULTI into cpci750 serial driver. This driver was so far only usable directly, but this patch also adds support for the multi method. This allows using more than one serial driver alongside the cpci750 driver. Also, add a weak implementation of default_serial_console() returning this driver. These are all the files which use the API incorrectly but did not get built using MAKEALL -a powerpc|arm. I have no compiler for them, but the remaining issues should be far less than without this patch. Any outstanding issues are left to the maintainers of boards that use these drivers. 2012-03-18net/miiphy/serial: drop duplicate "NAMESIZE" defineMike Frysinger
A few subsystems are using the same define "NAMESIZE". This has been working so far because they define it to the same number. However, I want to change the size of eth_device's NAMESIZE, so rather than tweak the define names, simply drop references to it. 2012-03-04pci: move pciauto_config_init() to pci.hLinus Walleij
Fixing build regressions for the Integrator I get find that a few boards try to work around the missing declaration of pciauto_config_init() by declaring it in the local scope. This does not make sense when the sibling functions are in <pci.h> so move the function to the header, ridding the build error in the Integrator and getting rid of the local declarations here and there.
