Use EXYNOS_GEM_CREATE when allocating buffers
DRM_IOCTL_MODE_CREATE_DUMB doesn't always support the flags argument - EXYNOS_GEM_CREATE does. Change-Id: I20d01eca155801919b29e223fa70fcfec98b5144
