TC2: use Linaro default configlinaro-platform-tc2/14.10linaro-platform-tc2
This patch updates the default config to boot the kernel (uImage,
uInitrd) with device tree (v2p-ca15-tc2.dtb) using a command line that
is suitable for both Android and standard linux filesystems.
